Hi, I’m Nakia.

I’m an attorney and intellectual property strategist and I am on a mission to help service-based entrepreneurs create generational wealth by creating, protecting, and leveraging their creative genius {us lawyers call this intellectual property}.  Unlike most lawyers, part of my magic is my natural ability to help my clients productize their 1-1 services by turning their expertise and experience into intellectual property that can be leveraged into a recurring and reliable revenue stream that gives them five figures per month in passive income and can scale them to a million and beyond.

I created my first online product in 2014 and made five figures in my very first launch.  Once I got a little taste of making money while I sleet, I was sold.  I kept creating digital products and 1-many offers and for years I’ve made six figures a year after year from packaging my expertise and leveraging my intellectual property.

In that time, I’ve worked with thousands of clients and students,  and have helped them put their intellectual property to work for them so they can scale without hustling harder.

Your satisfaction with our event is so important to me.  Because of the extensive time, effort, preparation, and care that my team and I have put into creating and providing this event, there is no refund policy. However, if you purchase a ticket and later realize you can’t attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else, as long as you let us know at least 72 hours prior to the event.

That’s a tough one to answer, but I’ll try my best! The first and most obvious difference is the mentor and coach. I’m not just someone who tried something once and lucked up. I’m a practicing attorney who has been creating and selling digital products in addition to offering 1-1 legal services and coaching/consulting since 2014. That’s 8 years of trying→succeeding→making changes→failing→making changes→failing→making changes→experiencing even more success. I’ve had a lot of success and made a lot of mistakes along the way. I have done the legwork for you. But unlike you, there was no Nakia to show me what to do and what not to do.  The strategies I’m gonna share at this Event were developed from my own journey of repeatedly making multiple six-figures after I pivoted and ditched my law practice in 2014, not what I’ve seen others do.

This event is designed to help professional entrepreneurs: new or established, transform the way they’ve been approaching their business by getting clear and focused on making a plan and taking steps to show up differently.

The doors will open at 9:30 and you will get your beautifully designed workbook and other goodies. There will be time for breakfast pastries and coffee and we will start promptly at 10. Lunch will be provided and we will wrap up at 3pm.

I chose 2 dates because I know some people prefer to plan early but others can’t commit to anything over the holidays.  I scheduled this event over the holidays by design.  Typically business slows down as clients are enjoying the holidays so it’s the perfect time to work on planning your business for the next year. 

If you’re able to make it in December, If you’re traveling for busy around the holidays, you can hop in and join me in February.

Either way, I would strongly suggest you hop on board now. Yes. The event is being held at The Wharf in SW Washington, DC.  The L’Enfant Plaza Metro is a short 2 blocks away and there is free shuttle service from the Metro.  There is also street parking and a parking garage inside the building.

You don’t need to bring anything but an open and eager mind. Breakfast, snacks, coffee, tea, water, and lunch is all provided at no additional cost.
